Overview
I was born in New York City, and currently live just outside Boston, MA with my wife and 3 kids! I have a career in both software user experience design (day gig) and music (weekend gig)!
I am a passionate user experience design leader with over 10 years of experience managing teams of UX professionals that strive to design products that customers love; products that inspire and provide real value. I currently lead the user experience design team at UpToDate (part of Wolters Kluwer Health), designing evidence-based clinical decision support solutions used by healthcare practitioners worldwide to help them make the right decisions at the point of care.

I am also a pianist, singer, and song-writer who enjoys playing a wide variety of music styles including rock, folk, blues, country, funk, jazz, and improvisational jams! Currently a member of Massachusetts jam bands Playing Dead (Grateful Dead tribute), The Knot, and The Lovelights, I perform on the weekends at venues across New England.
